Culture is a word often bandied about by digital agencies, but this one has it in spades! A clear proposition, employees who are valued, a studio where people are truly proud to work, a team that has each other's backs, united by a common goal.
You’ll love working here, and we can’t think of a better place to grow and develop as a Project Manager.
Working directly with the Head of Delivery you will form the glue that keeps projects together, running smoothly, on-time, on budget and generally ensuring a positive experience for clients and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for the management of multiple projects running through the agency from initial discovery and speccing phase through to the final delivery. These will vary from web development projects, retainers, SEO and PPC campaigns through to digital design and even building games - no two days will be the same.
You’ll be a positive force within the agency, working with every team across this agency and ensuring clear communication and collaboration. With the PM function a relatively new addition to this agency, you’ll also be client facing and the go-to person for timeframes, estimations and project progress.
What We’re Looking For
Above all, is your enthusiasm and energy for the job! We’re looking for a real team player, and positive problem solver whilst managing the project needs and the client's expectations.
We’re not looking for the finished article here, but someone with a few years managing digital projects before (ideally web design and build) and can hold their own in digital conversations will be vital. Whether this be within another digital agency, or a busy in-house team, we’re interested to hear from people who have good digital knowledge and team spirit.
You’ll be using the usual tools for the job - Asana, team Gantt, Harvest and Slack, so experience with these would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
We can’t stress enough what an exciting opportunity this is to join one of the most reputable agencies in the North, who can offer genuine job satisfaction and personal development.
