The Position
Although the agency currently sits at close to 100, growth is very much on the agenda. There is genuine autonomy which will see you head up 1 of 4 sites where you’ll inherit an experienced, talented and devoted team of 10. With support from senior peers you will be tasked with developing current talent whilst identifying opportunities for growth in line with their commercial goals.
The business takes pride in their tight-knit client relationships and you’ll be key in maintaining these, whilst spotting opportunities to enhance them. Their reputation in the market is strong and this should be maintained by championing best practice on a consistent basis.
Utilising your strong commercial acumen you will lead new business pitches in line with the agency’s long-term growth strategy. With the potential for a board level hire, this is a rare opportunity for a business leader with long term strategic vision.
What We’re Looking For
A commercial and strategic senior agency head with solid prior experience at Client Services Director or (Agency Lead level) who can motivate, lead and inspire those around them. Like the agency, you’ll enjoy what you do and the marketing landscape will be second nature to you.
You’ll have a catalogue of case studies, which include successfully pitching PR, Creative and Digital campaigns which the agency would be proud to call their own. This will be backed up by a track record of delivering measurable results for clients that make a difference.
From a knowledge standpoint you’ll have an in-depth understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and will be able to demonstrate how you can own senior client relationships, nurture talent and take real ownership of this site.
