As a new role within the senior management team, you’ll play an active part in client and business leadership - thriving in creating opportunities and influencing positive outcomes for this agency and their clients.
Building genuine relationships, you’ll be a high level partner to clients, getting to know exactly what they need and what they don’t. As the eyes and ears of the business, you’ll be aware of opportunities and challenges, delivering exceptional results.
Working alongside the CEO, the board and senior leadership team your ideas and leadership will create a huge impact on the success of this business.

Due to the calibre of clients looking to stay ahead of the curve a certain level of expertise is needed here, big agency experience is essential - someone likely with 8-10+ years experience with plenty of Account Director / Senior Director experience.
With a proven mindset at going above and beyond client expectations, you’ll be super proactive, spotting opportunities, solving problems and knowing how to make things happen. Tactful and leading by example, you’ll be guiding and getting the best out of the team.
