Reporting directly to the board, you'll have a big part to play in growing this business - driving innovative thinking and digital solutions for the future of both your clients and the agency.
Naturally with this level, you’ll be proactively informing strategic decisions and direction, getting under the skin of every project. From fully bespoke websites through to dynamic marketing campaigns, you’ll brief the agency and involve yourself across the board from concept to delivery.
You’ll also be leading the client services team, training and mentoring Account Managers whilst cultivating strong relationships and establishing clear goals and progression. This is a chance for you to really inspire and drive this team, building on their first class offering to clients.
What We’re Looking For
Liaising with global clients and the owners of the agency, you will bring a solution orientated, entrepreneurial approach to the business. You will be a savvy negotiator and love dealing with people on the front line – leading by example as the face of the agency.
It goes without saying that you will be ambitious and passionate about the possibilities of what innovative tech solutions can offer - you’re someone who can really get under the skin of a business, understand their problems (both on and offline) and offer the solutions in order to solve them.
As a Digital Account Director, you’ll live and breathe digital, with the ability to bring strategic and innovative approaches across multiple digital platforms.
