The Position
Day to day you will be growing, and developing client relationships - helping to unify teams across the business and cross-selling digital, brand and campaign services across your accounts.

From the word go you will be strategically advising clients, getting to know their goals and their challenges. Collaborating with the team of designers, developers and strategists in the agency, you will bring your expertise to advise on the best solutions.

Essentially, you'll be a really competent project manager - picking up the little things that would otherwise slip through the net and spot issues before they arise! But also someone who's commercially-savvy, who can keep on top of projects and financials, and possibly help grow clients or make recommendations where needed.

Due to the nature of the role and the agency culture, you will be trusted to manage your own workload, with the whole team working flexibly at the moment - whether remotely or in their studio.


What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from bright and enthusiastic Senior Account Managers with experience within digital or integrated agencies (but this could also suit an ambitious Account Manager)

You will have demonstrable experience in working with CMS systems and managing digital design and web build projects - a bonus if you’ve worked on WordPress sites too.

It goes without saying that you will be a fantastic communicator with a keen eye for the smallest details, knowing the difference between good or great service!

You’ll be able to work under pressure, troubleshoot where necessary and won’t require micro-managing to achieve the best for yourself and the agency’s clients. This is a reputable team who work hard for their clients, and you’ll be rewarded with exciting work and team who support and welcome ideas from every single person in the business!
