This is a hybrid Account Manager role in which you’ll be managing client relationships and expectations alongside getting stuck in with the project management of briefs and processes and managing through the studio. Ultimately you’ll be the glue that keeps projects together and running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for managing one of the main accounts for this agency working across their multiple brands and digital campaigns. Social campaigns, performance marketing, digital design and development, games design; you’ll be a partner to your client, advising on progress and next steps and keeping everything running smoothly on their projects within the agency. You’ll have plenty of experts to lean on when needed too!
This role forms part of a growing client services and project management team, so there’ll be opportunities aplenty for progression and development as the team expands over the next few years.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an active part of this team, personable and proactive when looking to problem solve and where you can lend a hand. You’ll have at least 2+ years experience managing clients and digital marketing / build / design projects before and be able to hold your own in digital conversations with clients.
