This is a super hands on and active role within the team, where you’ll be managing clients relationships (and expectations) and leading conversations around creative strategy to unearth the insights which the design team will then build on.
You’ll be getting to know your client's problems and opportunities and asking the difficult questions to understand exactly what the right solution should be - brand, campaign, packaging, direct mail, TV, advertising, digital - this is definitely not a one size fit’s all approach!
This is a really collaborative studio where your ideas will be welcomed to the table and as a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be helping to shape the future direction of the agency and ideally step up into an AD role within a year or two.
Who We’re Looking For
A self-motivated and organised Senior Account Manager - experienced enough to lead large scale integrated projects, but still with the curiosity to keep learning and asking questions.
This is a small and expert team and so you’ll relish the opportunity to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with whatever needs to be done, from conversations on creative strategy through to contributing to proposals.
You’ll be working with a range of teams and clients, so we’re looking for someone personable and able to get the most out of people, whilst also pushing back when ended and resolving issues to a positive outcome.
The studio has some exciting plans over the next 3-5 years and you’ll be part of the team who make this happen. They are a hard-working bunch, but in return, you’ll be well looked after with a culture to breed new ideas and plenty of variety of projects to keep you learning and challenged.
