Producer / Digital Account Manager [Video]

The Company

A celebration of stories and people through digital content and film, this talented team create videos which catch your attention and communicate a message, a brand or an idea through insightful filming and clever production!

Working with local artisans, through to national sports teams and global commercial brands, they engage both the people behind and in front of the screen.

The Position

Managing productions from enquiry through to completion, you will play an important hand in advising and guiding clients through the possibilities of what video and moving image can offer.

Working collaboratively with the team, you will be an organisational mastermind and be the wheels to get things moving. Developing concepts with the team, presenting to clients, creating shoot documents, scheduling and leading on-shoot preparation – everything to support the team in the smooth running of a shoot.

This is a multi-faceted role which will also require you to be on-location when filming, making sure things don’t run over schedule or over budget. You will be the go-to person for all things production and always know what’s going on across the whole of the project.

As the main point of contact, you will be the professional, friendly and calm face of the agency – whether in a client meeting or on shoot it’s down to you to make sure clients feel confident and satisfied with this innovative investment into their business.

What We're Looking For

This role would suit someone with 3 years under their belt, either as an experienced Producer already at a video production company, or an Account Manager from a digital marketing agency. Above all, you will be a proactive problem solver, talented multi-tasker and thrive in a busy and creative environment.

You’ll pride yourself on your organisational flair and ability to prioritise and make quick decisions when delivering digital content for your clients.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of production for broadcast (Copy Central and Clearcast) and the video production process – from location permissions, casting and production scheduling.

You would be joining a close-knit team and we’re looking for someone with real team spirit and an outgoing character, with a can-do attitude to get involved with everything going on (both within and outside of work)

This is a passionate collective who have real fun doing what they do. You will share this positive and enthusiastic outlook and be excited by the possibilities of video and moving image (and willing to learn what you don’t know).
