Delivering top-line brand strategies for clients - you will be reporting to Director-level - focusing on key blue-chip client relationships and account growth.
Ensuring the agency’s values are adhered to, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating strategic account plans, delivering projects, building future prospects and long-term client roadmaps.
This is an adult environment. This agency aren't precious over where you do your work, though you will need to get into the studio once or twice a week. Whether you're in their creative hub or from working from home - you will be working collaboratively with the team, clients and 3rd party suppliers/partners - with plenty of responsibility to get things done!
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from experienced Account Directors who can work autonomously, managing their own time and with the ability to bring strategic and creative approaches to projects. You'll be confident, self-motivated and comfortable in your own skin. In such a trusting environment, you'll be happy taking the lead, asking for forgiveness rather than permission from time to time. Cogs in a machine need not apply!
This opportunity requires someone with a degree of smarts and gravitas, who can build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You'll be experienced delivering multi-channel campaigns, and be able to motivate your team and those around you.
