Day to day you will be helping manage client accounts - working closely with and assisting more senior members of the team on a huge variety of work.
Partnering with clients, you will be regularly updating them on progress, being their first line of contact, managing expectations and troubleshooting. You will also be involved in the design and build stages too - though there is a separate dept of PMs to help out here too.
No two days will be the same. One day you’ll be helping pull together credentials for a pitch, the next you’ll help cost a piece of work for website amend for a major client, and then you might coordinate a workshop for their next big project.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from ambitious Digital Account Executives - most likely with have some agency experience already. Perhaps 6-12 months experience or a placement/internship or two!
You’ll be personable, approachable and able to prioritise your workload with confidence.
Some experience being involved with digital design and web build projects would be a huge bonus. And a familiarity using project and time management tools like Trello, Slack, Basecamp etc would be nice but isn’t essential.
Above all, you’ll be keen to learn, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck into anything and everything that’s required of you, to help the agency do what it does best… delivering great work and keeping their clients super happy.
With this agency there is the option to work off-site (if you'd prefer!), so you’ll need to meticulously organised, and able to own your workload.
We're not necessarily looking for the finished article here by any means, but the right personality and attitude is essential.
