As the Account Manager you’ll be working closely with the Account Director on a variety of legacy and new accounts, which vary from leaders in the fashion industry, independent energy companies and high street banks.
As a main point of contact for clients, you’ll nurture your relationship clients, managing the day-to-day, keeping things on track and problem solving every step of the way. This is a hybrid role, where you will also be project managing, ensuring resource and internal systems are covered across each project.
You’ll be co-ordinating and briefing the inhouse team of designers and writers, working with Consultants and specialists to ensure that the research and insight meet the creative perfectly. With a friendly bunch, there is no right or wrong way in this studio.
What We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic Account Manager with 2-3 years of experience, ideally within internal comms! With experience managing client accounts and working alongside creatives, you’ll really understand how important collaboration is.
We’re really looking for a self-starter who is ready to jump in and solve problems. With a positive approach, you’ll be super inquisitive - always asking questions in order to learn more.
