At the heart of this buzzing Manchester studio is a knock-out team of creatives who live and breathe quality design.
Sitting within the 3D team, you’ll own the build and construction side of the projects, working on a mix of exciting retail and spatial environments, working with big names in the world of fashion design on their first-class and exclusive retail installs.
You’ll support the Account Management team, involved in briefings and client meetings right from the start, working alongside the creative team on how you can bring imaginative and immersive ideas to life. You’ll anticipate any issues that could arise and be the one asking all the right questions at the right time in regards to logistics - this could be things like plumbing, power, building regulations or administrative info, whatever is needed.
At the core of this role, you’ll be managing expectations, aware of what’s needed to ensure the agency are well armed with finding the right partners and cost effectively to make sure each project is completed to the highest standard in terms of both design and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a creative problem solver, someone with experience in high end design, branding, events or retail and understand exactly what goes into creating and delivering elevated brand experiences, exhibitions and luxury retail design.
A 3D specialist with an understanding of construction, sequencing work, lead times and with onsite experience, you’ll know how a whole project fits together. With a background in construction you’ll have done it all from builds created from scratch, to reimaginging existing retail layouts.
As a new role in the agency, we’re looking for the very best, someone who isn’t afraid of asking questions and flagging issues with creative solutions - getting all info needed to make sure there are no big surprises down the line.
Naturally you’ll be a fantastic communicator, making sure nothing is lost in translation working with all levels from start to finish, from clients to designers through to external suppliers.
