This is a pivotal role within the agency, seeing you have a real hand in the success of this Leeds site and other sites [London and mainland Europe], focusing on key blue-chip FMCG client relationships and account growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating strategic account plans, delivering projects, proactively building strong relationships and cultivating future prospects and long-term clients.
Across various social platforms for key clients, you will be the main director point of contact and ensure the team deliver projects well and on time! It's up to you to see all work leaving the office meets the brief and excels in delivering results for your clients.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience at a senior client services level, looking to have a real impact in their next role.
You will be an expert brief-translator and business builder with the drive to take your career to the next level and grow not only your role but the business and your client's account.
You will be ambitious, collaborative in nature and a natural innovator. Demonstrating your ability of performance excellence planning and managing projects over various work streams, whilst at the same time displaying your can-do, “anything is possible” attitude!
