Account Manager [E-commerce]

The Company
A highly ambitious digital agency, who have carved out a specialism for all things e-commerce - this team are super proud of the work they produce!

They have some really exciting plans in the pipeline and with a dedicated team of thinkers, makers, analysts, designers and project managers – they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team.


The Position
Working with a folio of high profile brands, you’ll be the trusted face of this agency. You’ll know your stuff when it comes to the e-commerce retail sector and digital solutions within this - managing briefs in and out of the studio to ensure it’s bang on target!

Working closely with the client, building up a solid rapport, you’ll also manage projects, proactively solving problems along the way, delivering a service second to none.

You’ll always be interested in the bigger picture of what’s new and how to innovate. You’ll look for ways to improve a clients’ businesses, offering them what they need, over and above off-the-shelf solutions.


What We’re Looking For
You’ll eat, sleep and drink e-commerce – obsessing over ways you can grow clients online retail businesses.

If you can show us examples working across digital or e-commerce sites, we'd be interested! Above all else we want to see passion and skill for client handling, getting projects off the ground and celebrating the talents of this agency.

You may be an Account Exec with a few years under your belt, or an Account Manager already looking for a change. Wherever you're from, this agency have a grown up working culture and the flexibility to work remotely is there for people who may be based further afield in Yorkshire. However, you'll be expected to be in the studio the majority of the time - involved in meetings with the team and sharing resources.

You'll be energetic and personable, whilst also being detail-oriented and professionally driven to see the bigger picture. A naturally strong communicator, who can cultivate strong relationships both with clients and internally.

Salary - £18,000 - £30,000
