They're now looking to add a Business Development Exec to the team - to help fuel further growth.

Working closely with the company’s directors, you'll be a key component in the agency’s wider growth strategy, looking for opportunities with both current and new clients.
Your main responsibilities will be opening doors with new potential clients - tactfully and strategically approaching businesses who could benefit from the services the agency have to offer.
You will be building relationships through industry knowledge - you must be able to communicate ideas and hit the ground running.
A great deal of their work comes from repeat business – so it will be your responsibility to keep in touch with current clients from time to time – looking for opportunities to work with them further.
You won't be left to do this by yourself by any means though. Along with the help of the company's directors - in time you'll gain a great understanding of the agency, their place in the market, their strengths and why people should want to work with them.
What We’re Looking For
Between you and the company's directors, you'll strategise who to approach and how. What we need from you is the attitude and aptitude to see the process through - to have the confidence to promote and sell the company and the problems they can solve. To get that meeting with a client, arrange that call, and make things happen!
We want to hear from graduate-level applicants with sales experience in a related industry, with a prior track record of working closely with clients and building profitable relationships. This could be in a similar software or digital business - or possibly someone in a recruitment role that specialises in digital or tech – or similar.
A passion for and understanding of the digital industry, technology trends and an enthusiasm to learn more is very important.
This isn’t an business where it necessarily matters how many years’ experience you have on your CV, it’s about having the right attitude - they’re looking for strong work ethic, confident communicators, hard workers who can hit the ground running.
