Stepping into this Senior Account Manager role you’ll be expected to contribute and lead direction and planning and across digital, social and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Working closely with your clients to ensure that the overall delivery [strategy, quality and communication] is to the highest standard and ultimately, as profitable as possible to the business.
You'll maintain and grow old and new client relationships - we really need someone who is a proactive, passionate and knowledgeable partner to clients. And someone who isn't afraid to wear a few hats - and get stuck in!
Day to day you will be leading accounts - creating project plans and workflows, managing budgets and attending client meetings. You’ll be working collaboratively with the wider team - constantly influencing and building upon planning system and account handling.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager, someone with a strategic mindset. You will find creative ways to meet the client and brand goals - being a self-starter; someone who can seize new opportunities is what we want to see!
You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and experience of web design and build projects as well as confident delivery across integrated marketing campaigns.
This role is integral to the success of the accounts going forward - you must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and creativity across all areas of work; taking full ownership of multiple accounts and complete communication projects.
