The Position

A unique role in which you will manage a VIP account – a leading global beauty brand! It’ll be up to you to maintain and build solid relationships with this client going forward. There's also a chance to get involved with plenty of other clients too - so you won't be pigeon-holed to one client.

This role will see you plan and lead weekly and monthly meetings with team members and clients and manage the whole process from initial briefing, through to delivery.

From web work, email comms and social media, you will make it your business to know what’s happening and quality check every step of the way.

With a strong focus on Client Managing, you’ll be a natural in when it comes to chatting with a client, bridging that perfect gap between best pal and trusted colleague. From campaign presentations, to catch ups over coffee, you’ll be in regular contact, yet knowing when to push back on ideas and direction.

Working closely with internal teams and other senior members of the team, you will share your expertise across other accounts when needed.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a Senior Account Exec with a proven background as a high performer, or an established Account Manager looking to take on a new challenge – but a passion for all things digital is a must!

Staying super organised and constantly on top of your game, you will not fluster easily! 

This role needs someone who is confident and personable, who can jump straight in and build on existing high level relationships. Whilst bringing the same spirit to the managing of day-to-day work flows and task delegation - inspiring a positive and enthusiastic working culture around you.
