Day to day you will be growing, and developing client accounts - responding to requests for proposals, helping bring on new clients and grow accounts. You will also be involved in the design and build process too - though there is a separate dept of PMs to help out here too.
You’ll be working closely with the Technical Director and other members of the team [web developers and designers] - prioritising work and delegating account responsibilities accordingly. Always ensuring the client is happy and on board throughout, and the original brief is being respected throughout.
Partnering with your clients, you will be regularly updating them on progress, being their first line of contact, managing expectations and troubleshooting. Working across multiple areas of the market and digital sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to really explore new avenues and deliver great work.
As an agency, their weapons of choice are WordPress and Magento - so experience in these technologies is essential for this role.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from ambitious Digital Account Managers - most likely with a couple of years in agency under your belt already. You’ll be personable, approachable and able to manage your own time with confidence.
You will have demonstrable experience in managing digital design and web build projects - a bonus if you’ve worked on e-commerce sites too - and you’ll be at home using project and time management tools as Trello, Slack, Basecamp etc.
This would ideally suit an experienced Account Exec, looking to move up to an Account Manager role, with the responsibility and reward this comes with. However if you’re a fresh AM already with plenty of ambition, we’d love to hear from you too.
With this agency there is the option to work off-site (if you'd prefer!), so you must be meticulously organised, able to work autonomously, alone and own processes and accounts.
We're not necessarily looking for the finished article here, but the right personality and attitude, and nose to sniff out an opportunity and take responsibility for your workload - in this adult agency environment!
