They’re looking for a new client services superstar to join this passionate and proactive team!
Sitting at the heart of this client services team, you’ll make a real impact on the brand strategy of one of this agency's biggest clients, delivering exceptional service whilst challenging the market norms.
Day to day, you will brief and review work in the studio, liaising with the design team and client contacts, scheduling meetings and writing contact reports. It’s up to you to make sure the team are delivering outstanding work, which is to brief and on budget.
We want an Account Manager with a real passion for design strategy, who can challenge and hold their own when it comes to difficult client conversations.
From writing clear and inspiring proposals and costing projects, to sitting in on a full day brand strategy workshop and seeing projects through to final artwork, your days here will be undoubtedly varied and certainly rewarding.
What We’re Looking For
As with everybody in the agency, you’ll enjoy what you do and get gratification from delivering awesome work. It’s important that you’re meticulous and thorough, as well as being creatively aware of what’s going on in the wider world of design.
This role is suited to somebody with a strategic focus and a commercial nature, with the ability to manage projects to suit the studio, the budget and the brief. Working closely with clients, the design team and external suppliers, you’ll be comfortable building great relationships with many different people.
You should have at least 4 years of client services experience, working for notable branding and/or design agencies. Preferably with a specialism in packaging and branding. Expose to working on big retail projects, as well as smaller challenger brands, would be great to see too.
