This expert agency has tech and digital solutions at it’s focus. Although this is a relatively small agency, they are going from strength to strength and have recently added digital marketing as another string to their bow.
Clients return time and time again, as they truly appreciate the care and detail in this agency’s work. And people genuinely love working here.
This is a brilliant time to join a team who truly get on, and for you to play a part in delivering bespoke and problem solving digital solutions.
This role is a split of both Account Management and Project Management, but definitely leaning towards the Account Manager side of things, acting as a go between for the talented tech team and their all important clients.
You will be a key point of contact for the clients, attending meetings, creating contact reports, contributing to the occasional proposal as well as assisting the PM. No two days will be the same as you’ll work closely with both the Managing Director and Client Director, assisting them where needed to ensure clients receive the excellent support and service they need.
The role will also include assisting in the scheduling of the workflow, supporting any issues to ensure the projects stay on track, and willing to take on any problems head on.
Projects span across web and app builds, ecommerce to digital marketing. So with a love for technology, you’ll be confident talking through technical projects and issues whether that be with the client or the developers.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have 2-4 years experience working as an Account Manager or Project Manager within a similar digital agency or software house. You’ll be a strong communicator (both verbally and written), with a good understanding of the life cycle of web and software builds and what is needed to get projects off the ground.
We’re really looking for someone who will be a breath of fresh air in the agency, who can keep teams on track as you motivate the team, making sure you get the best out of everyone. A problem solver with the ability to look for areas where the business can improve, with an eye for opportunities with both new and existing clients.
You’ll enjoy the varied briefs within a friendly and honest agency, which has a relaxed working environment who put real trust into their team.
