The Position
Quick wins are great, but you think long term, as do this business which is why this new role is a key component of their long-term growth plan.

As the first dedicated sales-person in the team, they'll be looking to you to strategically identify target clients and go after them. Short-term, you can share in the businesses success with a generous commission structure. Long-term, they want someone who can ultimately direct sales and new business across the agency, and build out and manage a successful sales team (if that’s what you’re looking for!). Or if you prefer to work independently, that can work too.

You don’t just enjoy simply generating leads, you thrive on getting in front of people; confidently gathering client requirements, suggesting solutions, onboarding clients, delivering proposals and ultimately closing deals!

You’ll hone the agency’s new business offering, setting up the outbound sales function, and driving their sales pipeline. This isn’t a solo performance; you’ll be supported internally by talented department-heads to define client solutions and win business.

What We’re Looking For
It goes without saying, we're looking for an energetic and driven salesperson, with experience in solutions sales (preferably in a similar digital marketing, tech agency or software house environment).

You’ll be adept at social selling, networking, cold calling/prospecting. Able to research and network the right contact to approach in the right way, not simply spray and pray.
