A branding agency with an impressive portfolio of well-known household client names; from international retailers and challenger brands. They boast a big game and have the results to back it up. A close-knit team big enough to play with established clients, whilst remaining creative and collaborative.
They’re looking for an Account Director to join this passionate and proactive team to cover a period of maternity leave.
You'll shape and steer client relationships on two key accounts, each with very different types of work and needs from this agency.
Working with established client managers who will manage the daily running of work, you'll be leading on high level conversations, building rapport & trust with an eye on the bigger picture and future of accounts.
As an Account Director here, this will be a super varied role, where one day you'll be a real strategic partner to your client, discussing branding and tone of voice and the next discussing budgets for an upcoming campaign.
What We’re Looking For
Above all else, you'll be an excellent client handler, with a certain level of diplomacy and passion to deliver the best for your client. It’s important that you’re meticulous and thorough, building trust is key to this role.
You should have at least 6 years of client services experience, working for notable branding and/or design agencies. With a background working with retail, consumer and shopper clients.
With everything going on at the moment, this role will initially be remote, however there’s potential for this position to become permanent, so we’re ideally looking for an Account Director who is Yorkshire based.
With the ability to build a rapport and trust, whilst also being able to push back and question exactly what the problem is and what their needs are - caring for the brand as much as the client does.
