Day to day you will be growing, and developing client accounts - being the face of the agency and the accounts, you will be responsible for managing processes from initial brief through to launch.
You’ll be working closely with the Technical Director and other members of the team [web developers and designers] - prioritising work and delegating account responsibilities accordingly.
Partnering your clients throughout, you will be regularly updating them on progress, being their first line of contact, managing expectations and troubleshooting throughout. Working across multiple areas of the market and digital sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to really explore new avenues and deliver great work.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from strong Digital Account Managers - most likely from an agency background. You’ll be personable, approachable and able to manage your own time with confidence.
You will have demonstrable experience managing web build project and other digital accounts - using such project management tools as Trello, Slack, Basecamp etc.
Due to this being an agency where you can work offsite, if you wish, you must be meticulously organised, be able to stand alone and own accounts and the management of those.
*You MUST however, be commutable to the Leeds based office
