Account Director [Digital]

This creative communications agency with a big focus on digital are looking to add to their expert team of designers, developers and marketers.

They’re going from strength to strength having seen some massive success in the last few years - delivering beautiful work and strong digital output for big name clients and brands. This is an opportunity to really shape the direction and growth of the agency.

The Position

As an Account Director you’ll be expected to go above and beyond for the brief and work strategically with your team to advise clients - be this through understanding a need they may have, an element they’ve missed and spotting opportunities for great work.

You’ll be entirely responsible for multiple accounts, ensuring they are delivered with efficiency and quality. You’ll be managing the client service function for all accounts within the agency - pushing boundaries of which lead to a better account delivery. 

You will work closely with clients - generating ideas and strategic direction whilst relaying clear, succinct information back to the creative, technical and marketing teams. You must be confident when it comes to reporting on budgets, schedules and performance reports. 

You’ll be firmly placed within the senior client services team - having a real say on all accounts and the direction of the agency moving forward.

What We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for an established Account Director looking to shape a successful, and growing agency, or an ambitious Senior Account Manager looking to take that next step.

You will be growing client relationships and building accounts - drive and passion is necessary here. It’s not a role that is about delivering a project, it’s about growing client potential. Having that commercial awareness to spot opportunities and troubleshoot strategically to keep account moving forward in a positive, and worthwhile direction. 

Confidence is key - this is a client-facing role. We don’t want people to shy away from situations, we need people who can tackle things head on. You will have a strong technical understanding of digital technologies and methodologies is a must.

What’s On Offer?

Salary: Up to £38,000 - £42,000
28 days holiday including bank + 1 day extra per year of work
