An important hire for this established agency - joining a strong Client Services team, you'll have the opportunity to work with household brands names across multiple industries.
Working closely with the Account Director, you’ll be the main day-to-day contact between client, agency team and external suppliers - coordinating key stages of varying accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring client requirements are met whilst constantly delivering profitable return for the agency itself.
There are four core elements to this role - your responsibility will lie across client management, coordinating and progressing work, account management / forecasting and team management / development.
You'll have the freedom to make big decisions, manage creative workflow, report and update regularly to the senior and wider team, delegate work to the internal team and ensure work leaves the studio to the highest standard!
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from people with at least one years Account Management experience - someone who can evidence running projects and campaigns. You will have an understanding of brand and an awareness of key industry trends.
You will be articulate, approachable and confident in your ability to work closely with clients on a face-to-face level. You’ll be keen, have an eagerness to learn from senior members of an agency team and have the tenacity to own your own work and responsibility.
Digital experience would be beneficial but not a core requirement!
