The Position
Joining a quality team of expert designers, strategists and thinkers your main focus will be to lead and deliver multiple brand projects - as Account Director, you’ll be expected to fully understand all there is to know about the brief and most of all, the client needs.

Clients include a mix of global and challenger brands - with work covering everything from Retail, FMCG and Corporate. At the core of this role, you will be managing the strategic growth of each account, constantly thinking of new ways to grow accounts. Fantastic at building relationships and trust, you’ll be well placed to spot opportunities and up sell what this agency can do!

Day to day you will be overseeing and ensuring the growth of clients and the success of projects. Directing client accounts, interrogating briefs and liaising with loyal clients you’ll bring your fantastic commercial awareness, and hands on approach to strategic ideas and creative concepts.

What We’re Looking For
Above all else we are looking for someone who can endear themselves to clients. With the ability to build a rapport and trust, whilst also being able to push back and question exactly what the problem is and what their needs are - caring for the brand as much as the client does.

As a seasoned Account Director we are looking for someone with 7+ years experience who has worked with high profile global brands previoulsy. This agency hire great people, so show us that you are smart, inquisitive and enthusiastic and that will count for a lot!

You’ll be passionate about delivering creative projects and developing existing accounts. A fantastic communicator, who loves to work collaboratively and will inspire those around you. Any experience with FMCG, packaging or digital experiences would be a bonus, but the core of this role is brand strategy.

With a friendly nature and a ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll be someone who can be an active force and who can make a difference.
