Sitting at the heart of this Client Services team, you’ll make a real impact on the brand strategy of this agencies biggest clients, delivering exceptional service whilst challenging the market norms.
Working independently, you’ll be a strong client handler, leading conversations, addressing any issues and excel in nurturing key client relationships.
You’ll be the voice of authority when it comes to branding, with your main remit working across print collateral - POS and brochures. However with some overlap in the digital sphere, you’ll have an eye for good design and the know-how for implementing it.
As a highly reputable agency, you’ll have to be creatively minded with a strong commercial acumen. A naturally organised and insightful person, you’ll know how to keep projects on track, delivering profitable solutions and evaluate throughout.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is approachable, personable and enthusiastic - with the confidence to hold their own, both with clients and internal teams.
You’ll be an experienced Account Manager, with at least 5 years under your belt and a passion for great design. You’ll thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment and know how to get the best out of people you work with.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail - someone who can challenge a brief and troubleshoot potential problems before they become an issue.
