Stepping into the Account Director position, your days will be super varied working across multiple FMCG clients (think beauty, digital communications, food and drink brands).
Working closely with the strategy team, you’ll be shaping and steering client relationships. You’ll bring your extensive understanding of retail activation and consumer insights to deliver bigger and better shopper marketing campaigns for your clients.
You’ll also remotely manage a team of 5 talented account managers based up in Manchester, empowering them to deliver fantastic work for their clients, whilst mentoring on personal development and sharing knowledge of wider consumer and shopper trends.
What We’re Looking For
You'll be an excellent client handler, with a certain level of diplomacy and passion to deliver the best for your client. It’s important that you’re meticulous and thorough, building trust is key to this role.
You should have at least 5+ years of client services experience, working for notable design agencies with a core skillset working with retail, consumer and shopper clients. We’re looking for someone who can talk through their work with pride and show us their expertise across BTL marketing (with experience in social or digital an extra bonus)
A creative thinker and problem solver, you’ll happily push back and question exactly what the problem is to unearth the real needs - caring for the brand as much as the client does.
This will be a fully remote role, working with the studio in Manchester - you may be required to pop up for meetings every now and then, but most of the time working from wherever you like.
