The Position
In this leading Account Director role you’ll be looking after one of the most important accounts for this agency - a dynamic and global FMCG brand who you’ll definitely know and probably have some of their products in your cupboards.

Working closely with the client you’ll not only be their point of contact, but a marketing partner and voice of what this agency can do for them. Liaising with designers, strategists and marketers, you’ll bring your extensive understanding of retail activation and consumer insights to deliver stand-out shopper marketing campaigns for your clients.

Across shopper and BTL, you’ll be leading a team and creating engaging instore and promotional marketing which excites shoppers, motivating them to engage with the brand and ultimately drive profit for your client.

As an Account Director, you’ll also be managing a team of client managers and know how to get the best out of them, understanding the importance of team work and collaboration throughout.


What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is at home taking the lead on global shopper / retail / FMCG accounts, understanding the creative but also the commercial side of campaigns. This could also suit a Senior Account Director or someone at this level looking for a new challenge.

You'll be an excellent client handler, with a certain level of diplomacy and passion to deliver the best for your client. It’s important that you’re meticulous and thorough, building trust is key to this role.

Ideally with a core skillset within retail, consumer and shopper clients, we’re looking someone who builds rapport easily, can happily push back and question exactly what the problem is to unearth the real needs - caring for the brand as much as the client does.

In an ever-changing shopper environment, you’ll be helping brands better understand their customers and market (both in-store and online), pushing the boundaries of their thinking whilst making it a real enjoyable and friendly place to work.
