As a Head of Design, you will manage some of this agencies biggest and most prestigious clients, making a real impact on how their customers interact and think about their brand.
Your client’s customers will be at the centre of everything you do! Knowing how they think and how the marketing and wider social changes will affect this will be at the core of this role. You will form genuine relationships with the internal design team and your clients, genuinely invested in the work they do.
In this leading role, you will demonstrate how to bring forward-thinking ideas and user-centred design to life. Crafting innovative new web and app ideas and digital solutions for your clients, you will both oversee and have a hands-on impact on what goes out the door – so it’s up to you to make sure everything is flawless, hits the brief and goes beyond expectations!
Leading your own team of designers you will be mentoring and collaborating with your own team, acting with a can-do attitude, pioneering outside the box thinking. Leading by example, helping win pitches and demonstrate ideas, delivering effective creative concepts to the team and clients.
What We’re Looking For
You'll be an experienced designer who really gets under the skin of a problem, with plenty of ideas of how to solve them. Confident in wearing many hats - designer, strategist, mentor and applying these skills to retail clients with knowledge of the market and trends.
You could be a senior designer, with excellent leadership skills, or a Head of Design with a huge passion for the craft. We don’t mind where you’re coming from, just as long as you’re positive, ambitious and full of creative ideas – we’re interested in character as well as expertise.
You’ll basically help run the creative division, with help from the agency directors, so you’ll need to demonstrate to us that you’re UX savvy, have solid e-commerce experience and of course, you’ll be able to show us a portfolio of beautifully crafted digital ideas, concepts and finished products.
