As Design Director you will take responsibility and ownership of the creative output, exploring new and undiscovered opportunities with clients, giving them the edge to thrive in the FMCG market.
You’ll be winning and working on global brands, developing robust relationships with clients, pushing creative with measurable results.
With specialist knowledge of market challenges, you’ll know how to strengthen the brand, make them stand out on the shelf or tackle a limited edition product range.
You will oversee, delegate and support designers and artworkers, leading on projects, sparking conversations and facilitating a positive and proactive culture here.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from Design Directors, or experienced Senior Designers looking to take this step up. Either way you will have experience leading on global FMCG packaging, raising a brands profile in clever and innovative ways.
You’ll be able to show us a well put together, polished portfolio of exciting packaging and POS work - articulating the ideas behind them, showing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the retail market. It also goes without saying you’ll have an expert knowledge of the usual design programmes, sharing this knowledge with the wider teams.
You will be articulate, determined and confident working in a fast-paced environment, keeping creative fresh whilst hitting deadlines and targets - owning decisions and directions which will bring about the best success for both the client and the agency.
