Stepping into the Head of Design role, you’ll be leading the design team with energy, enthusiasm and a real drive to deliver the highest quality creative.
You’ll be responsible for leading projects across brand and communication - with strategy and the ‘big idea’ being at the forefront of every piece of work. You will collaborate with the wider team to define and produce work that has strong research and data/analysis behind it.
You will evolve and push creative ideas - delivering beautifully curated work while working at a fast pace. With a portfolio of world-class clients, the quality in which the work is executed is vital!
Above all else this position requires strategic design thinking across a range of mediums.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from experienced senior designers, people who have the passion to lead and push a creative team. Someone who is conceptually driven and has the ability to sell an idea/campaign pitch.
You’ll be able to show us a well put together, ideas-led portfolio of outstanding and inspiring work - articulating these ideas is something that will come naturally to you, as well as your approach to design.
You’ll have the passion to get to the bare bones of a clients brand - and be someone who can bring a sense of originality and fresh thinking, whilst owning the direction you feel will bring about the best success for both the client and the agency.
This role could also suit a talented Senior Creative who doesn't want to line-manage more junior designers - the main attribute we're looking for is design talent.
