You will be leading the creative output across a number of clients, brands and campaigns - pushing strategic ideas/concepts through to final delivery. Working on both print and digital, you’ll be producing top-notch design that ultimately drives the success of both the client and the agency.
Working closely, and collaboratively with the wider agency team across multiple departments, is vital - this is a position where the creative can come from different inspirations and data led insight. You'll have the ability to drive ideas, and articulate them accordingly.
There's an opportunity to be client facing here, to sell your ideas and creative direction - though that isn't essential. The most important aspect of this role is strong design sensibility and craft.

We want to hear from experienced designers, people who have a perfectly curated portfolio of strong creative - creative that tells a story and the ideas. We want you to be able to talk us through projects confidently, selling your involvement in and contribution to each one.
This is an integral role within the agency - you’ll have creative lead and be expected to drive work from start to finish. With a meticulous eye for detail, you’ll deliver work that at times, will be expected under pressure and tight guidelines / timeframes.
