The Position 

In this Creative Director role you will oversee the packaging side of creative projects - sitting alongside other heads of departments to work across the wider creative of the design teams, making a real impact on the packaging output of this agency.

Your priorities will be to strategise, consult, motivate, lead and inspire those around you. You will establish trust in longstanding client relationships whilst cultivating new connections with exciting progressive brands – spotting opportunities where others don’t.

Whether you’re working with a historic whisky brand, a global sports brand and or a leading retailer, it’ll be up to you pioneer their message and lead design execution.

With a huge focus on doing great work for industry leading brands, this is a demanding environment where you’ll be expected to stay ahead of the curve. In return you will be well-rewarded and enjoy fantastic agency culture.

What We’re Looking For

We want to see a strong portfolio, full of fresh and beautifully crafted packaging briefs - something that shows innovative ideas and conceptually driven work.

You will have a proven background within a similar agency, managing successful teams on full projects, showing us your energy and drive for what you do! You will live and breath packaging, retail and POS creative, relishing working with this creative day in and day out! 

You will confidently voice your opinions and ideas, not shying away from the tough issues when need to be addressed. It goes without saying that you’ll be a talented communicator, who's confident communicating with all levels from junior designers to senior brand managers.

Most of all, we want to see and hear from someone who thinks outside the box and will bring something new to the agency!
