The Position

As a Midweight Designer, this role is about concept and strategy driving the design – thinking about how to communicate ideas across both online and offline channels. With a 50/50 split between the digital and print, you’ll be an all rounder who’s able to turn your hand to a multitude of mediums and platforms - creating consistent and high-level visuals across the board.

Day to day you’ll be working on idea generation, strategy, creative campaigns, printed collateral, branding and digital design - across specific client accounts from luxury retailers through to national hospitality brands. We want to speak to designers who can push the clients' expectations beyond the initial brief and lend a hand on ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strong Midweight Designer who’s looking to bring their skill set to an established team and work alongside the senior members of the studio. Currently taking on new office spaces, you'll be flexible in initially working across multiple sites, getting to know the teams and getting stuck in from day one.

Above all else, we want to see a polished portfolio of original ideas and meticulous detail in terms of thought process, conceptual design and strong output - show us something we haven’t seen before!

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
