In this Creative Director role you will oversee the packaging side of creative projects - sitting alongside other heads of departments to work across the wider creative of the design teams, making a real impact on the packaging output of this agency.
Your priorities will be to strategise, consult, motivate, lead and inspire those around you. Whether you’re working with a historic whisky brand, a global sports brand and or a leading retailer, it’ll be up to you to pioneer their message and lead design execution.

What We’re Looking For
We want to see a strong portfolio, full of fresh and beautifully crafted packaging briefs - something that shows innovative ideas and conceptually driven work.
You will have a proven background within a similar agency, managing successful teams and client relationships.
You’ll confidently voice your opinions and ideas, not shying away from the tough issues when need to be addressed. It goes without saying that you’ll be a talented manager, who's confident communicating with all levels from junior designers to senior brand managers.
