The primary focus of this role is the conceptual focus on projects. We want someone who can demonstrate and break down their concept skills, with a portfolio to reflect this.
You’ll have full autonomy on the process, working within a small team who come together on the planning, research and developing initial concepts. There are no ceilings for creative ideas!

What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from talented Junior designers, some commercial experience would be nice, someone with a strong eye for detail who can bring some really fresh ideas to the table.
In your portfolio you will need to show a diverse range of projects, however, it is essential to have examples of advertising pieces in there, even if it is at the concept stage.
This is a sociable place and is looking for someone who is happy to speak up in meetings, doesn’t mind having a laugh and most importantly doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
