You’ll be joining a strong design team, which includes Writers, Designers with varying levels of experience and Creative Directors, all of whom are passionate about their work and the wider world of design.
The team are serious about what they do, but know how to have fun doing it - everybody has the opportunity to coach junior designers, take part in external judging and enter plenty of creative awards.
Variety is key in this role - you will be working on FMCG brands, well-known retailers and corporate companies in the realms of packaging design, identity creation and full-on brand articulation. There are plenty of opportunities to work with external photographers, illustrators and typographers as well as art directing on set and directing commissions.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about branding and knows their stuff - you will have worked at other award-winning agencies and have a portfolio to be proud of. We’re not just looking for a great-looking portfolio mind - we want to see the ideas behind the logos, the thinking behind the development and articulation behind the final brands you’ve helped to create.
If you’re a born collaborator, happy to work as part of a wider team, we want to hear from you. Everybody in the business is interested, and interesting, with a keen passion to build brands, an awareness of trends and a desire to impact the future landscape of branding.
You should have at least 5 years of great agency work under your belt, with an impressive portfolio.
