Working closely with the insight team, to shape the visual and verbal storyline for reports. You will work on writing insight documents, taking data, facts and figures and turning them into compelling and easy-to-digest content.
You will be able to bring the data to life, producing innovative reports for clients. You'll also be the point of contact for all content, communicating and liaising across teams and clients. You'll need to keep your finger on the pulse, knowing the intracies of projects and where they are at.
An important aspect of your role as Senior Copywriter will also be to lead, inspire and support the team of around 4-5 editors, proof-readers and copywriters. Not all of these are insight writers either, so you’ll need to know creative copywriting to be able manage team members who could be working on creative writing, scripts and marketing material.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone with a real talent for writing intelligent, long-form copy - whilst also having a real creative streak in you!
You will be meticulous in everything you do, whether you’re fine-tuning a 50 page report or brainstorming script ideas for a new video, you’ll have to switch between skill sets constantly.
With at least 5 years under your belt, you’ll have led teams in the past, knowing how to motivate, develop and coach individuals day-in, day-out.
