What’s on Offer?
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Hybrid working (you’ll be in the Leeds studio a few days a week)
Globally-recognised client portfolio
Collaborative, friendly team environment
Working alongside a cracking team of designers, you’ll play a central role in getting to grips with client briefs and bringing them to life. You’ll take the lead when it comes to concept development - planning branding campaigns and strategies, doing the groundwork when it comes to deciding what’s needed to make ideas a reality, and considering how concepts will be rolled out across multiple platforms.
Not just an ideas whizz, you’ll also be happy to get stuck in, producing top quality work of your own and lending your expertise and guidance to the wider team to elevate briefs to their full potential.
A natural communicator, you’ll be able to clearly and confidently articulate your ideas to the team, understanding how to effectively present concepts and strategies to juniors and seniors alike.
What We’re Looking For
A talented, hands-on designer with a boatload of experience when it comes to concept work. Perhaps from a digital and/or branding background, you’ll be able to exhibit your creative and strategic chops in equal measure with a portfolio that deep-dives into 4 or 5 examples that demonstrate how you’ve come up with ideas and seen them through to delivery.
You’ll understand how concepts will translate to the likes of animation, motion design and various social media platforms, recognising how to work with brand guidelines and client specifications to produce original, impactful content, on brief and on time.
Part-remote, you’ll need to be able to work from their fantastic office space in Leeds 3 days a week. However, we’re open to hearing from people able to commute to the studio when needed. Manchester - here’s looking at you. They have an office here, too!Email
