Training and development allowance
Working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver work that goes above and beyond, you’ll ensure innovation and great ideas are central to everything you produce.
With an excellent creative eye, you’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft, and will be able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offering input and knowledge to ensure a stellar outcome.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll seek to manage and add value to junior team members’ work, and will oversee any freelance and/or external input.
What We’re Looking For
A creative trailblazer accustomed to coming up with fresh ideas and transforming them into work that gets people talking.
You’ll be comfortable working across all aspects of a project from concept to delivery. You’ll know how to lead projects and teams, and divide your time between work and stakeholders to keep to deadlines.
Every day is different and could include working on campaigns, online, packaging and more, so versatility in your portfolio is key.
Confident when it comes to communication, you’ll be able to present ideas both internally and externally, and have experience managing and/or mentoring juniors; using your expertise to bring out the best in your team. Agency experience would be preferred.
