You will bring creativity, strategic direction and leadership to both PR and marketing campaigns across the board - your overall responsibility lies within the quality of work delivered, communication and engagement with clients and the media.
Across multiple accounts you will be implementing campaigns - continuously contributing to creative ideas and agency growth! You will have control of budgets and fees and take a lead on client reviews [quarterly / half-year / annual] alongside implementing new report and planning systems.
You will be stepping into a position where you will have influence over others - mentoring other account team members and contributing to business development prospects.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from experienced account managers with a clear background in PR and building press relationships - in particular, we want to see evidence of influencer identification and outreach campaigns.
You will be confident in your delivery and execution of campaigns across all communication channels - promoting the client through both PR and marketing activity. You must be able to cross-sell opportunities and spot those moments to develop the business as a whole.
You will be professional in your approach and be able to not only work individually but also delegate account work. You will take ownership of accounts and be able to evaluate profitability and resource.
What’s On Offer?
Salary £28,000 - £36,000
