The Position
From Day 1, you’ll be managing the social media team and all digital output of the agency. Whilst working alongside the Brand Strategist, you will have an input into operational changes and help to create proposals moving forward.

As the fastest growing department within this agency, you will also manage your own accounts and clients, driving the content and strategy for each. Always with an eye on the bigger picture for your clients, everything you do will be in line with their message and with a clear purpose.

Within the management of your team and accounts, you’ll be in charge of strategy, scheduling and community management. Staying on top of everything which leaves the studio, briefing designers on campaigns and ideas and getting the best out of your team.

You will have full autonomy over your role – you need to instil trust in your team and clients – flag up problems when needed whilst dealing with issues independently when needed.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to know what it takes to work within a fast-paced studio, so relevant agency experience is a MUST – you’ll produce compelling social media content and expertly manage key social media accounts for some top clients.

You’ll be a passionate writer, highly articulate in your written and spoken word with the ability to lead by example and create a can-do culture in your team.

This is a high pressure and demanding role, with the opportunity to demand a lot in return in terms of progression and opportunities. You’ll need to keep up with the pace, deliver work on time and thrive whilst doing so.

Ultimately we’re looking for someone with great attention to detail and a talent for creating exciting and engaging social media content.
