At the core of this role, you’ll manage Facebook paid Adds, and be in charge of not only implementing and running adds but refining the data, retargeting and tweaking campaigns to deliver through-the-roof results!
You’ll be strategically minded and know how important data and analysis are. Scrutinising data, pulling together reports whilst incorporating new technologies, trends to keep on top of a fast-paced industry.
Working with the Head of Digital, you’ll be managing your own campaigns, working independently and knowing when to flag things up and when to knuckle down.

What We’re Looking For
Above all, we are looking for a passionate digital marketer with experience creating Facebook Ad campaigns - from planning, budgeting through to implementing and refining searches. You’ll have 3-4 years experience under your belt and be confident in stepping into this management position from the outset.
Sitting within a small team, you’ll manage campaigns and report on progress to your clients. You’ll be dedicated to helping your clients achieve their goals, driving and improving their ROI throughout campaigns.
Knowledge of other platforms and tools would be of interest, so experience in PPC, Google Adwords and working with E-commerce brands, would be beneficial, but this is by no means essential.
This close-knit teamwork with some fantastic brands and you’ll play a huge part in driving sales, growing a brand's online presence.
