In this stand-alone role, you’ll be getting involved with the full digital marketing mix. You’ll have the opportunity to develop different skills while working across several clients, however, ideally this role would suit someone with the ability to plan and strategies as well as deliver.
There's scope here to get involved in end to end digital marketing campaigns and liaise with various talented departments. Planning and strategy will form the core of your role here and although you’ll be supported by a strong team, you’ll be the one asking the questions, driving understanding of the clients needs.
You will also review and identify areas for improvement and development, reporting as necessary. It’s important that you keep up to date with the latest technologies and search engine algorithm updates to ensure your work, and that of the agency, is always using the best methods available.
We're looking for someone who's able to be client facing and know's how to manage a client relationship, whilst getting to the crux of the problem. You’ll respond to RFP’s - question and get to the bottom of a clients needs and execute a suitable strategy.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident team player who has at least two years of experience, likely three or four+, in the digital marketing sector. Preferably already in an agency environment.
It’s important that your passion for digital is evident in the way you work, with an analytical mind, keen eye for detail and ambitions to learn new technologies and tools. We're particularly interested in hearing from passionate individuals, who have delivered end-to-end campaigns and aren't afraid of getting in front of client.
You should have an integrated wider understanding of digital (with an interest in continually expanding your skill-set and developing into a well-rounded digital marketer):
- Marketing strategy
- Campaign management
- Some tech SEO
- Content creation
- PPC (ad hoc)
- Off-site SEO and some outreach
This position involves working with other sectors within the business, so a good team spirit and ability to develop strong relationships is a must. Great communication skills are vital, both in written English and also in person, with the ability to present your ideas confidently.
This is a great role for someone looking to diversify their digital skill set and make that step up to Digital Marketing Manager level.
