This hugely successful, international sports supplement and nutrition company – with the help of their formidable team here in Leeds city centre - have become leaders in their field.
A digital marketing business at their heart, as well as being highly experienced within this particular market through research and groundbreaking new product development, they are both very technically and digitally savvy!
With six existing ecommerce sites already under their ownership, and two more large scale Magento sites on their way - this is an opportunity to come in and be involved in some really exciting new web products from concept to delivery - as well as contributing to the success of their existing portfolio of sites.
As a business – they want to employ talented, driven people, who deliver results. They give people the tools, autonomy, and flexibility they need to get on with that they do best. They trust their employees to deliver and in return they get great results.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will need a very strong grounding in SEO, both onsite and off as well as having an understanding of, and being able to contribute across a range of other digital channels.
You will be working closely and collaboratively with company’s directors, as well as the wider marketing team, overseeing content writers and working alongside their talented in-house developers.
The business will look to you to define and implement digital strategy across the business, with the help with the company director (who has a strong background in digital) and the other heads of department.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who loves what they do, strives to be up-to-date and who naturally looks for new digital trends and new ways to connect with their business’s audience and customer base.
You’ll likely already have experience at manager-level, be that in-house or in an agency, and either as an SEO Manager or across a wider digital marketing mix. Either way – a strong understanding of both strategising and implementing SEO campaigns is paramount. A background in content and some copy experience would be very beneficial too - allowing you to have a more rounded understanding of search marketing and to be better equiped to manage writers.
It would be especially great to hear from marketers who have worked on sites from scratch – with this role having a focus on both new and existing websites. Someone who can come in and deliver results - a competitive, driven, forward-thinking marketer.
We want to hear from ambitious people who can help this business achieve their exciting goals over the next few years. An extremely successful business already – they have some exciting plans ahead!
