The Position
Excited to get started, you’ll be confident enough to crack on with your work, comfortable managing workloads and deadlines and juggling your tasks with ease and efficiency.
You’ll stay up to date with the latest news and trends to inform all of your work and inspire your creative thinking, and you’ll take ownership of your designs, bringing original ideas to the table, and considering all aspects of a project including budgets, timelines, sourcing and more.
Motivated and ready to work hard, you’ll work closely with the team around you, utilising their feedback to build out briefs and creative processes, and taking projects from initial concepts straight through to completion.
What We’re Looking For
Passionate and collaborative, you have an eye for detail and design and a real enthusiasm for what you do.
You’ll be someone who is happy to get your hands dirty and give it your all – the sort of Designer who prides themselves on their creativity and vision and can handle multiple projects at once.
It’s important that you have a portfolio that’s set out to impress – be sure to include plenty of branding, visual identity, communications, 2D & 3D motion and campaign design in there!
