The Position
No two days the same, you’ll lend your digital design expertise to a variety of projects from initial concept stage to delivery, implementing great design along the way.
Working with a hands-on approach, you’ll be responsible for mentoring more junior members of the creative team, so you’ll know how to lead and encourage people to do their best work and help to elevate and refine their skill sets.
You’ll be passionate about what you do and champion the development of high-quality, engaging work that goes above and beyond client expectations, ensuring you’re always up to date with current trends and technologies.
What We’re Looking For
A passionate and well-rounded Senior Digital Designer who challenges conventions and pushes creative boundaries. We want to hear all about your solid understanding of branding, as well as your agency background and experience working on big tech projects!
A confident leader, you’ll have excellent communication skills and already be working at a senior level – comfortable taking the lead on complex projects, pushing back when the situation calls for it and effectively presenting ideas directly to clients and colleagues.
With a real love for what you do, you’ll be keen to get stuck in and always be on the lookout for exciting ways to approach and improve your work!
