The Position
Responsible for managing the workflow of the studio, you’ll have a steady finger that’s always on the pulse of everything going on – the glue that holds everything together.

You’ll work closely with the client services and creative teams to ensure calendars are organized and projects are executed with precision. You know how to stay motivated and positive, ready to tackle each challenge as and when they arise.

You’ll manage and maintain external relationships to ensure maximum success, making the most out of your excellent set of people skills and readily on the lookout for opportunities to elevate the studio’s current ways of working.

What We’re Looking For
A highly organized, resourceful, and personable individual who’s no stranger to managing a busy and creative studio.

You’ll have a stellar set of communication skills, and you definitely love working as part of a team – an excellent collaborator who isn’t afraid to challenge or push back where necessary.

Thinking ahead will come naturally to you, as will multi-tasking. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
