The Position
Developing marketing campaigns and coordinating their implementation across different channels and business areas, you’ll look to optimise success wherever you can.
You’ll well and truly own this role, working with stakeholders to ensure targets are clear, budgets are appropriate, and campaigns are consistent.
Working hard to determine the right campaign approaches, you’ll utilise customer research and analysis to decide the appropriate messaging, targeting and offers.
Responsible and hands-on, you’ll be confident in your ideas as well as your opinions, ready to push back when necessary and positively challenge those around you.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a talented and organised Marketing Campaign Lead, someone who can collaborate with skill and stay commercially responsible.
A background working in CRM and a solid understanding of the systems involved is key here, as is multichannel experience and the ability to work successfully with challenger brands. You’ll be a hands-on leader, with management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others, gaining buy-in for marketing at all levels!
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who works with a precise approach and an open mind, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring an inquisitive mindset and a keen eye for detail to the table.
